Overview:
The process of adding and publishing a message may be summarized as follows:
1. A user logs in, chooses a message type, fills out the message type form, and submits the request by clicking "Add".
2. Unless the user opted not to notify an Administrator yet, the Administrator is sent an email regarding the message request.
3. If a file (photo, sound file, etc) has been attached to the message request, that file will be emailed to the Administrator as email an attachment.
4. The message request is available under "Pending" for review and/or edit by both User and Administrator.
5. Only an Administrator can actually upload a file attachment (see step 3) for a message request.
6. Once the Administrator approves the message request, the message is placed in the queue to be posted in the Message Board for the following day, and well as included in the next day's "Message of the Day".
RSS feeds are sent out immediately upon approval.
